Condition of goods All goods supplied by britisharmysurplus.com are in used Grade one condition unless cited with the words new or unissued. Grade one goods are issued and used but still in good condition. Returns and Cancellation Policy 1. Defective goods: if you have received a defective item, please contact us by e-mail within 14 days of receiving the item and return it to us by the cheapest means possible. When we receive the item back we will refund to your card the cost of the goods and the delivery charge (up to a maximum of £7.00) . You must include a receipt for the return postage 2. Cancellation: you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of goods if you inform us in writing and take reasonable care of the goods. Goods ordered in error: we regret that we cannot provide a refund outside the 7 day cooling off period, but will issue a credit note, provided the goods are returned to us in an unused/unwashed condition.
